Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in children's lives?\nAre you seeking a new position for January in a flourishing primary school?\nDo you have experience supporting children in Early Years?\n\nAcademics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in Westminster, seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join them from January. Working closely with class teachers, you will provide support to pupils across a range of classroom activities, helping them engage with their learning, complete tasks, and participate fully in lessons.\n\nLocation: Primary school, Westminster\nStart Date: January start\nContract: Full-time, Monday to Friday\nSalary: £95-£100 per day (depending on experience)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide class support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting\n\nPromote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management\n\nCarry out classroom and non-classroom activities\n\nHelp create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment\n\nLiaise effectively with teachers to support pupil progress\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience working with children within a school or similar setting\n\nA Teaching Assistant eager to make an impact in a flourishing primary school\n\nGraduates with a pro-active mindset are encouraged to apply\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nGood literacy and numeracy skills\n\nEnhanced DBS clearance\n\nIf you believe you have the passion and skills to make a difference and are an experienced Teaching Assistant, why wait?
