Job Title: After School Club Assistant

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: £13.69 - £14 per hour

TeacherActive is looking to take onboard a proactive and ambitious staff member to supervise an after-school clubs based in Nottinghamshire. This is a flexible role where shifts are provided based on your availability.

The working hours are 3 - 6pm (Monday – Friday) and will be provided on the day. The successful applicant will have the ability to build great rapport with children and staff to ensure a positive atmosphere. They will understand the needs of individual children and assist in fun and creative educational activities.

The successful After School Club Assistant will have:

Experience working with primary aged children
Excellent communication skills
Good listening and understanding skills
A kind and caring approach to children
Flexible to take same day calls for work (Monday to Friday)
A passion to support and inspire young children
