Learning Support Mentor
Q - Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience supporting young people?
If so, this Learning Support Mentor position based in a brilliant Secondary School in Lambeth is just for you! This school is looking for you to join their team ASAP, providing dedicated support to their students daily. This is a full-time position for the full academic year starting September 2025!
As a Learning Support Mentor, you will be leading tailored support sessions with identified students across the school, aiding them to improve in areas of academic weakness. The role will also involve working alongside SEN (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc) students, so you will need to be an adaptable individual, tailoring the way you teach and support each student.

Learning Support Mentor: JOB SPEC
- Learning Support Mentor
- Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Holding 1:1 and group academic support sessions for students
- Promoting a purposeful and supportive learning environment
- Supporting SEN students regularly (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
- September 2025 Start - Full-time position
- £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
- Located in Lambeth
Learning Support Mentor: SCHOOL SPEC
- Inclusive and welcoming Secondary School
- Supportive Teachers, Staff and SLT to work alongside
- Modern facilities for pupils and staff to utilise
- Awarded 'Good' on most recent Ofsted
- Based within the borough of Lambeth
Learning Support Mentor: APPLICANT SPEC
- Have a Degree in Psychology or related from a reputable University
- Have a passion for the curriculum and supporting young people
- Have previous experience working with SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
- Can effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Perfect for those who want to become an Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Therapist, Youth Worker etc
