The Role The successful candidate will

Provide targeted support in Literacy and Mathematics for individuals and small groups, primarily at Key Stage 3. Work collaboratively with subject teachers to monitor progress and set ambitious, personalised targets. Deliver consistently high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring students receive effective feedback that fosters growth. Contribute positively to a collegial team culture, engaging fully in staff meetings, professional development, and whole-school initiatives.
