This role is ideal for someone passionate about the culinary arts and education, ready to teach across various Hospitality programmes and contribute to our vibrant learning environment. Day-to-day of the role: Teach VRQs/NVQs in Professional Cookery from Level 1 to Level 3. Instruct Apprenticeship Standards – Level 2 Production Chef, Level 2 Commis Chef, and Level 3 Chef De Partie. Engage and inspire young learners aged 16-18 through dynamic teaching methods. Utilise the section’s restaurant, Revisco, which is open to the general public, as a practical learning environment for students. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and encourage student participation in all aspects of culinary education. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified to Level 3 in Catering/Cookery.
