South Thames College is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation lecturer to deliver outstanding quality in teaching, learning, assessment, and tutorial support to students, to maximise achievement and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum, with employer engagement, and learner skills development. Youll create and implement innovative teaching, learning and assessment and deliver teaching and assessment activities within own area of specialism including lectures, setting/marking coursework, practicals and field work. Wed like you to hold a teaching qualification (or working towards), hold an Electrical Installation qualification and have recent UK teaching experience in Electrical Installation in an FE College. With proven ability to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, youll have experience of assessing, tracking and supporting student progress effectively with strong classroom management skills, able to motivate diverse learners.
