Due to growing student numbers, were expanding our team. Were looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Installation professional to join us in delivering high-quality teaching, training and assessment across Levels 12.
Whether you already have experience in lecturing or are looking for a career change or new challenge, we can support you to transition into teaching. Prior teaching experience is not essential.
About the Role
You will:
Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation (practical and theory)
Deliver units such as AC theory, single/three-phase systems , and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materials
Support learners to ensure retention, progression and achievement
Provide tutorial support and guidance on academic, personal and welfare matters
Work collaboratively within course teams and contribute to curriculum development
Participate in exams, marking, xbpsjku employer engagement and parent liaison
What Youll Need
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Electrical Installation (up to Level 3)
Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting learners
Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
Ability to work effectively, safely and professionally in workshop and classroom environments
