The School for Vocational and Technical Studies at South Thames College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced lecturer to deliver outstanding quality teaching, learning, assessment and tutorial support to students to maximise achievement and continuous improvement. Youll develop, initiate, promote and sustain innovative and quality improvement intervention strategies, playing a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum with employer engagement and learner skills development. As our Lecturer, wed like you to hold a degree or relevant subject qualification (or equivalent professional experience), hold a teaching qualification (or willing to work towards) and have recent experience of teaching Law in a Further Education setting. With a good understanding of current FE curriculum frameworks and quality standards, youll be able to differentiate teaching to meet a wide range of learner needs.
