Dawn Ellmore Employment are assisting our client, a leading IP firm who is looking for an organised and detail-focused Legal Administrator (IP) to support a busy IP team. The role covers general office support, document handling, and coordination of client related tasks, with flexibility to assist across the wider support function when needed. This role will be initially on a 6-month contract basis.

What You’ll Do -

* Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support

* Manage emails, calls, meetings, and correspondence

* Prepare, amend, and organise documentation

* Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems

* Support billing processes and client account administration

* Use internal systems to track deadlines and schedules

* Upload and manage documents via client platforms
