As the Corporate Governance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing company secretarial, legal, and regulatory matters for the fund and its group entities. Working within the legal team, you'll gain immediate exposure to a broad range of activities and collaborate closely with other specialist functions, including compliance, tax, and finance. Preparation of general legal documents, including NDAs, engagement letters and terms sheets
Assist on regulatory filings
Legal research and required documentation
Co-sec or governance experience gained within the investment management space
Knowledge of private market investment would be advantageous
Knowledge of legal terminology and process
