Our client are looking to hire an experienced commercial contracts lawyer on a fixed term (FTC) 12 month contract. The preferred candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience (4+ PQE) as a qualified solicitor. You will advise on ensuring their existing suite of commercial agreements is compliant with the changing regulatory environment, particularly GDPR and DORA.You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and executing updated agreements, with amendments and ancillary documentation provided as required.Experience with GDPR and DORA is essential. An understanding of AI services, business data providers and cloud technologies would be helpful.They pay well and offer great progression prospects which could include a permanent role for the right individual.Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
