We’re supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join on a 12-month contract, working on a day-rate basis. This role sits within a well-established in‑house legal team and will focus on providing commercial, pragmatic employment law advice across the UK and wider EMEA region. The role:
Advising HR and senior stakeholders on complex employee relations matters Supporting restructures, change programmes and ER cases Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, policies and settlement agreements Managing external counsel on disputes and litigation Partnering closely with HR to ensure compliant, consistent people practices
About you:
Qualified employment lawyer with solid UK employment law expertise Experience gained in financial services, a regulated in‑house environment or a top law firm Confident advising senior stakeholders with a commercial mindset Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
