S&H are working exclusively with a top tier financial technology business in Central London with an excellent and collegiate legal team.Our client is looking to hire a strong commercial lawyer to undertake a position with a great deal of breadth and variety as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.ResponsibilitiesWide variety of commercial support including technology and procurement. Working on partnership and collaboration agreements.Some support on corporate governance matters with the General Counsel and the Company Secretary.Help manage the IP portfolio with an external provider.Support on intragroup agreements regarding IP, Privacy and other key areas.QualificationsQualified Solicitor with top academics.3-5 Years of PQE (guide only).In-house experience via current position or secondment would be useful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
