SSQ is working with a high-growth SaaS business in London, backed by strong investment and with ambitious international expansion plans, looking to hire a commercial Legal Counsel.This is a broad in-house role offering real variety and visibility, working closely with the GC and senior stakeholders across the business.The role:Acting as a key legal contact for the business on day-to-day queriesLeading on commercial contract negotiations (Software, cloud, vendor and partnership agreements)Advising across sales, product, tech and regulatory mattersSupporting on IP, data and compliance-related issuesManaging external counsel and supporting on project workHelping to improve legal processes, templates and playbooksContributing to regulatory, audit and investor-related workstreamsWhat they’re looking for:Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally within Tech / SaaS / FinTech / PaymentsComfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling businessPragmatic, hands-on and able to work closely with non-legal stakeholdersA strong opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, business-facing in-house role with plenty of scope as the company grows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
