We are partnering with a Global giant seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its dynamic in-house legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general commercial contracts
• Act as a key legal partner to the marketing and brand teams, advising on campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, influencer agreements, and digital content
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including supplier, distribution, licensing, and collaboration contracts
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to marketing, promotions, and consumer-facing initiatives
• Support on intellectual property matters, including brand protection, licensing, and enforcement (highly advantageous)
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business, including commercial, product, and senior leadership teams
• Manage external counsel where required and ensure cost-effective delivery of legal services
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, processes, and training

Key Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a leading law firm and/or in-house environment
• Strong general commercial experience, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Demonstrated experience supporting marketing and brand teams in a consumer-facing business
• Intellectual property experience is highly advantageous, particularly within a brand-led or luxury environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
