Briefed has partnered with an international fintech looking to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel (1-3 PQE) to join its dynamic and fast-growing legal team.

The Role You’ll be advising across a broad range of commercial matters, supporting product, commercial, and operations teams as the company continues its international growth. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. supplier, customer, partnership, and technology contracts). Supporting Compliance and Risk teams with regulatory obligations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, product, and commercial. Helping improve legal processes, templates, and internal know-how as the business scales.

About You Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE (UK or common law jurisdiction). Solid experience in commercial law, either in-house or from a top law firm.
