Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (Contract)


Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel with strong commercial contracts experience on a contract basis to support its in-house legal team during a period of increased workload.


The Opportunity


This role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial contract matters and supporting key business activities. It offers exposure to high-quality work within a well-established and collaborative legal function.


Key Responsibilities


• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts

• Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders

• Supporting ongoing projects and general legal team workload


Candidate Profile


• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
