Legal Director / Partner – Non-Contentious Construction

I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded, full-service London law firm to find an exceptional Legal Director or Partner to join their growing Non-Contentious Construction team.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer who is looking to take a strategic step forward in their career—whether that’s stepping into a first-time partnership role or laterally moving with a view to shaping and expanding a successful practice.

The Role

You’ll be advising a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, and consultants on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters. The work is high-quality, often complex, and spans sectors such as real estate development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects.

What We’re Looking For

• An established non-contentious construction lawyer (typically 7+ PQE)
• Strong technical expertise across JCT and NEC contracts
• A commercial, solutions-driven mindset
• A track record (or clear potential) for business development and client relationship management
• A following is welcome but not essential
