Legal PA – Shipping An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm.  In this role, you will be supporting an allocation of fee earners, including two Partners, in the firm’s renowned Shipping department in London.  This role would suit someone who has a strong interest in supporting the team with business development and marketing activities.

\nLegal PA – Shipping Key Responsibilities:
    \nSupport lawyers in marketing and Business Development activitiesEnter new contact information onto the CRM systemAssist with BD pitchesAssist lawyers in the billing and credit control processManage diaries, ensuring they are up to dateArrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / cateringArrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expensesDrafting correspondence and documents
\nLegal PA – Shipping Key Skills & Requirements:
    \n2 years+ Legal PA / Secretarial experienceHighly skilled on all MS Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
