Our customer, a Fortune 50 Technology Company is looking for a Legal Pricing Manager with 8+ years' experience with Outside Counsel Management; Law Firm Pricing; AFAs; and Project Management for a contract engagement starting ASAP.

The work will be performed on site 5-days a week at the London office.

Job responsibilities Support the Legal Operations Manager, EMEA Lead with - Assisting the EMEA Legal team on spend management initiatives; Negotiating AFAs on high-legal spend matters and proactively looking for opportunities to negotiate AFAs; Assist with trainings re AFA’s; Running RFPs including attending follow-up interviews with Outside Counseland the legal team; Collaborate with the legal team to create RFP templates for RFPs; Collaborate with our RFP vendor team to build RFP templates; Legal market analysis and benchmarking to support (and agree) rate negotiations with law firms acrossthe EMEA region; Draft process documents and playbooks; Negotiations with law firms on pricing individual matters.
