I'm working with a London Law Firm, seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor/Recruitment Specialist to joing their recruitment function.

This a varied role, looking after fee-earner, business services and some graduate recruitment, in a recruitment team of 3, including an extremely personable Recruitment Manager.

MUST have experience of Legal recruitment.

Salary - £50k-£60k.

Location - London.

Hybrid approach - 2 days in office per week (with some flex needed).

Duties will include:

• Managing full lifecycle recruitment across a range of business areas (fee-earners and business services).
• Proactively sourcing talent through direct channels, networking and talent pipelining
• Utilising market mapping, LinkedIn and referral strategies to identify and engage strong candidates
• Collaborating with external agency partners where appropriate, maintaining effective supplier relationships
• Working on cyclical Graduate Recruitment needs (assessment centres and liaising with thrid party vendors for graduate attraction).
• Acting as a trusted adviser to hiring managers on process, market conditions and hiring best practice
• Ensuring a consistently positive and professional candidate experience
• Supporting onboarding activity and coordinating new joiner processes across teams
• Producing recruitment data and insight for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Embedding diversity and inclusion principles into all hiring activity and attraction strategies
