This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key clientsacross the UK Market Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets
Candidate Profile We are seeking an exceptionalrecruitment consultant who demonstrates :
Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market inacross the UK Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Strong digital literacy and ability to utilize advanced CRM technologies Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment Ability to work independently in a hybrid and office based setting Flexible hours of work Confident in running round table events and networking
