Our client, a successful and top class US law firm are urgently seeking an experienced REVENUE CONTROLLER to add to their busy Finance Department. Duties as follows:- Large part of the role will be preparing and processing invoices, ensuring that all bills are checked for numerical accuracy and compliance with all relevant VAT, SRA and AML guidelines. As well as e-bills, ensuring matter templates are set up correctly, entering timekeeper rates and any other e-billing administration. Also, chasing bill payments and deal with issues arising from chasing clients and works with the billing attorney to resolve them. Expected to arrange monthly meetings with partners to review progress on WIP and AR. This includes ascertaining when matters are due to be billed, the type of billing to be completed and any issues relating to expected recoverability and/or cash collection. Flexibility around providing cover for other members of the revenue team when required. To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the following:- Three or more years continuous experience in Revenue Control.
