Legal Secretary Assistant
Established law firm are looking for either an experienced legal secretary or someone who has admin and typing skills and would like to train as a legal secretary in the firms Wills and Probate department which is very interesting and varied.
PLESAE NOTE THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A LAW GRADUATE
Main duties and requirements:
secretarial support consists of preparing correspondence and documents through audiotyping.
Attend clients in person and on the telephone,
Prepare documents from instructions.
Opening, maintaining and closing files on the case management system.
Make appointments, arrange meetings
Preferred skills and experience
Previous experience as a Legal preferred but will train
Good typing skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
