This Legal Secretary position offers the chance to work within a busy and highly regarded Property Department, supporting Fee Earners across Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. Key responsibilities include: Providing full secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners Managing client communications with professionalism and confidence Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy Maintaining files in a paper-lite/paperless environment Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Lexcel standards Assisting with general Property Department administration Supporting the team to deliver exceptional client care at all times This role would suit a highly organised Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
