Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our legal team. Quantify cases/applications on behalf of the legal team. Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients and courts. Prepare and format legal documents with precision and care. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Assist with file management and ensure accurate record-keeping. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the legal sector. Confident in their Mathematics ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and case management software. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
