Our client are looking for someone who loves improving systems, streamlining processes, and making tech work harder for the people who use it. This is your chance to take ownership of a brand-new client matter management system and shape how it’s used across the entire firm.
Day to day duties
- Act as the firm’s super user and subject matter expert for the new system.
- Master its functionality, spot improvement opportunities, and implement them.
- Write clear, practical user guides, workflows, and best-practice processes.
- Monitor data quality, run reports, and fix errors.
- Deliver engaging training and support to legal teams and business services.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and legal departments to boost efficiency and adoption.
Experience required:
- Law firm experience (you understand departments, client matters, and workflows)
- Strong knowledge of legal or case management systems in practice
- Excellent communication skills you can make technical processes easy to understand.
- An analytical, detail-driven mindset.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and make improvements happen.
