Legionella Risk Assessor – covering Central London

Up to £34000-£38000 + Benefits + Vehicle

London based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their Central London team and currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a mixture of commercial, residential and industrial sites.

Key duties for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include

* Inspect water systems including cooling towers, process water systems hot and cold water set ups (some working at heights required)

* Produce detailed risk assessment reports with recommendation for future works

* Ensure all sites are compliant and in lines with HSG274 and ACOP L8 guidelines

* Assist with basic water hygiene tasks where required

To apply for the Legionella Risk Assessor role the following experience is required.

* 5+ years’ industry experience with at least 2+ working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.

* Previous knowledge working as a water hygiene engineer preferred

* Full driving license (essential)

* DBS checked (enhanced preferred)

* Used to recording site reports on PDA’s
