Your main duties would include: Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of all leisure club areas, report maintenance issues and ensure all equipment (e.g. gym, pool, sauna) is clean, safe and operational. Act as a key point of contact for members and guests, handling enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally to maintain a positive and welcoming environment. Supervise the Leisure team ensuring staff are following procedures, tasks are delegated effectively and high standards are maintained throughout the facility. Ensure the safety of members and staff by conducting regular checks, completing health and safety documentation, and enforcing club rules, emergency procedures, and hygiene protocols Experience working within a leisure club is desirable as well as being pool responder qualified, however not essential.
