What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations across leisure, fitness, and activities
• Managing indoor and outdoor pool facilities with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of leisure professionals
• Driving commercial success through smart planning and guest engagement
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational standards
• Collaborating with Spa Leaders to deliver a seamless wellness experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in leisure, sports, or activity centre environments
• Pool Plant Operations qualification and hands-on experience
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience
• A natural motivator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating standout guest experiences
