Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a senior role? Our client, a respected independent agency, is expanding and opening a
new Huddersfield office
and theyre looking for a driven
Lettings Advisor to join their friendly team.
The Role:
Generate and attend
viewings and valuations
Register tenants
and manage applicant relationships
Provide
regular feedback
to landlords
Handle
general lettings enquiries
Work towards
individual targets
in a performance-driven environment
Take responsibility for
most property management duties
Identify and secure
new landlord opportunities( very important)
About You:
Minimum
2 years lettings experience
Proven success in a
target-focused role
Confident, professional, and able to
build rapport quickly
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to
spot new business opportunities
Energetic, tenacious, and results-driven
Own car required
for appointments
Whats on Offer:
Salary £26,500
£28,000 OTE
