Lettings Advisor

Huddersfield | OTE up to £28,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a senior role? Our client, a respected independent agency, is expanding and opening a new Huddersfield office and theyre looking for a driven Lettings Advisorto join their friendly team.

The Role:

  • Generate and attend viewings and valuations

  • Register tenants and manage applicant relationships

  • Provide regular feedback to landlords

  • Handle general lettings enquiries

  • Work towards individual targets in a performance-driven environment

  • Take responsibility for most property management duties

  • Identify and secure new landlord opportunities( very important)

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years lettings experience

  • Proven success in a target-focused role

  • Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot new business opportunities

  • Energetic, tenacious, and results-driven

  • Own car required for appointments
