Letting assistant required for busy property management company based in Crewe.
Join our small, close knit team in a varied role that changes from day to day.
You'll be taking on a variety of roles including; General admin and phone answering
Appointment making
Attending viewings
Carrying out property inspections
Maintenance management
Communicating with tenants and landlords in relation to day to day ongoings with tenancies.
The successful applicant will need basic IT skills and a full clean driving license and be confident working alone out and about on appointments as well and as a team in an office environment.
Required to work Wed, Thur, Fri 10am to 5pm plus occasional cover.
