The Company: A well-established property business in South-West London is seeking a Lettings Assistant to join its residential team near Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable firm offering a broad, varied role across both lettings and block management within a prime central London location.
The Role: The Lettings Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the residential lettings team, assisting with the full lettings cycle while also providing administrative support across block management. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in. Coordinating viewings, referencing, inventories, and check-ins/check-outs. Managing tenant and landlord enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal property systems. Monitoring compliance including EPCs, Gas Safety, and EICR requirements. Managing keys and property documentation.
