WANTED! Experienced Lettings & Company Accounts Manager: A full-time accounts-focused role managing lettings client accounts and company finances: supporting landlords, tenants, and internal teams while ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliant financial processes.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Client Accounts and Company Accounts professional to join an independent residential estate and lettings agency based in Twickenham.

This full-time pivotal position plays a key role in overseeing lettings client accounts alongside the wider company accounts function, ensuring the smooth financial operation of the business.

Previous Account experience and references essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential lettings client accounts
• Posting rental receipts from tenants and reconciling accounts
• Processing landlord and contractor payments
• Handling deposit registrations, returns, and refund requests
• Providing full bookkeeping and company accounts support
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
• Preparing reports for directors and senior management
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and accounting procedures
• Supporting the wider office with financial and administrative queries

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings Client Accounts essential
• Strong bookkeeping and company accounts experience
• Accountancy qualification preferred
• Estate agency or property management experience advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and notices
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
