We are excited to be recruiting for a Lettings Manager for one of our clients based in Corydon - Salary £28k - £29k OTE £50k to £55k + Company Car or Car Allowance - 33 days paid holiday plus an extra day for your birthday
The Role as Lettings Manager
Take ownership of your branch, leading it as if it were your own business. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, profitability and growth. Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Generate new business, win instructions, and provide expert advice to landlords. Ensure a first-class experience for tenants throughout their journey. Keep up to date with local market trends and position yourself as the go-to lettings expert in the area.
