The Role

• Managing enquiries and progressing tenancies across an exclusive stock portfolio
• Conducting viewings and supporting applicants through to move‑in
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

What’s on Offer

£25,000–£30,000 basic (£50,000–£60,000 OTE)

Monday to Friday only – no weekends

No driving licence required

About You

⭐ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role

⭐ Strong communication and negotiation skills
