Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic OTE: £30,000 – £34,000 Hours:

* Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm

* Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm (5-day working week with rota day off)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and well-established estate agency. This is a fantastic role for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements

* Booking and conducting property viewings

* Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

* Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

* Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations

* Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate information

* Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum of 1 year Lettings Negotiator experience

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Target-driven with a proactive attitude

* Well-presented, professional, and confident

* Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
