As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for: Registering and qualifying newapplicants Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Generating newbusiness opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Progressing lets through to completion Contributing to office targets and team success
The offer: £20,000 Basic Salary Car Allowance £45,000 in year one commission and bonus structure. 1 in4 Saturday working Strong earning potential with uncapped commission
About you: Target-driven and highly motivated Strong negotiation and communication skills Well-presented and professional Full UK driving licence and access to a car
