About the Role
Our client, a well-established family-run estate agency based in Nuneaton, is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Estate Agent to join their friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to work within a supportive local business.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out property valuations and viewings

* Prepare and manage tenancy agreements

* Complete property inventories and conduct end-of-tenancy inspections

* Assist with property marketing, including online listings and promotional materials

* Handle general administrative duties related to lettings

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales and Lettings Agent

* Computer literate with good administrative skills

* Full UK driving licence and access to a car

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

* Alternative Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

* A day off during the week will be given when working Saturday.
