Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Lettings Officer to be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service with a focus on resident and community wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a lettings environment with experience of allocations and/or terminations.

Job duties for the Lettings Officer

Working in a fast paced lettings team,
Holding a caseload of allocations at various stages
Processing terminations of tenancy,
Advertising homes for let,
Shortlisting from a choice based lettings system (Shropshire Homepoint)
Completing allocation checks and verification,
Dealing with customer queries via phone or email.
Scheduling affordability checks and sign-ups.Experience required for the role:

Excellent organisation skills
Attention to detail
