Your Key Duties as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant:

Deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group support aligned with EHCPs and individual learning plans

Encourage the development of communication, social interaction, emotional wellbeing and independence

Collaborate closely with class teachers, the SENCO and specialist professionals to provide consistent support

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or above)
*

Hands-on experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD, MLD or communication needs
*

The ability to commute to or work within the Oldbury area
