Aspire People are supporting a primary school in M5 who require a flexible Teaching Assistant to work across different year groups, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.

This is a supportive, inclusive school with a strong sense of community. Teaching Assistants are highly valued and are given the opportunity to work across the school, gaining varied experience.

Role Overview

Classroom-based support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

1:1 and small group intervention support

Assisting with SEND and inclusion support

Supporting behaviour management and engagement

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

What We're Looking For

Level 2 TA qualification

Experience in a primary school within the last 2 years

Flexibility and willingness to work across year groups

A positive, team-focused attitude
