Level 2 Teaching Assistant - KS2

Aspire People is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for KS2 pupils, providing academic and pastoral support in Manchester schools.

Responsibilities:

Deliver interventions and support classroom teaching

Work with pupils to improve confidence, resilience, and learning

Monitor pupil progress and report to teachers

Support children with SEN and behavioural needs

Maintain safe, structured learning environment

Requirements:

Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience

Experience supporting KS2 pupils

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
