About the Role: Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work closely with Primary Schools in Salford. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students in a nurturing classroom. You will also work 1:1 with students with SEND across the class. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the delivery of learning activities and lessons for students with SEND. Provide one-to-one support or work with small groups of students. Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.About You:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. Experience working with SEND students is beneficial but not essential.
