What you'll do:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups

Assist classroom learning and access to the curriculum

Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions

Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

You'll need:

Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience

Experience with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or trauma

Patience, resilience, and a calm, supportive approach

Bonus:

Experience in SEMH, PRU, or with Autism/ADHD

Team Teach or behaviour management training
