Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Primary School – Leeds

08:30am – 15:30pm Monday to Friday

Temporary Contract – could lead into permanent

About the role:

At Engage Education, we’ve specialised in recruiting teaching assistants for over a decade, so we know a bit about finding the ideal school for you. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work to work in one of our partnered primary schools in Leeds

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality Early Years Practitioner to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and attainment of their pupils.

OurEarly Years Practitionerduties can include:

• Working with small groups of pupils
• Providing intervention support
• 1:1 support for Nursery and Reception aged students that have suspected additional needs such as Autism, Speech and Language Communication Issues or Behavioural issues.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Some experience working with Nursery children or in a primary school with EYFS children
• A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
• Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
• Ideally a Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years or above however not essential if you have all of the ideal experience
