You’ll be supporting within a Nursery class, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences while supporting children’s development in a nurturing and structured way.
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Experience working with children aged 2–5
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, proactive and positive approach
- Someone who wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work
- Supporting engaging EYFS activities and learning through play
- Creating a safe, stimulating and well-organised environment
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
- Supporting routines and personal care where required
- Contributing to observations and progress tracking
