Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - LeylandLong-Term Cover | Start After Easter / ASAP Our education recruitment agency is currently seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Leyland. This role is to cover a long-term absence, with a start date immediately after the Easter break or as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years professional who enjoys supporting young children's development in a nurturing nursery environment. The Role: Supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting Assisting the class teacher and nursery team with daily activities and learning Helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development Contributing to observations, activities and general classroom organisation Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Good understanding of the EYFS framework A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Ability to work well as part of a team An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer: Competitive daily pay rates Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a supportive setting Potential for the role to be extended depending on school needs If you are a qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner looking for a rewarding long-term role in Leyland, we would love to hear from you.
