Pay: £30,000 - £35,000

An established and Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of their welcoming and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to progress their career in a supportive and high-quality early years setting.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will contribute to a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children are supported to grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative EYFS-based activities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Support children's development, learning, and emotional wellbeing
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
A caring, proactive, and positive approach
Strong communication skills expected from a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
